Employee trust

How we treat your people's data.

Employees are asked to take a scan that measures their AI capability. That only works if they trust what happens to the result. So here is the whole answer, in plain language, before anyone has to ask.

Scores are developmental, not evaluative

The scan exists to build a coaching path, not a ranking. It is not a performance review, and it is not designed to support decisions about pay, promotion or exit.

Individual answers are invisible to employers

Managers and HR see aggregate results: company level, department level, trends over time. They do not see what any individual answered. Below a minimum group size, no aggregate is shown at all, so small teams cannot be reverse-engineered.

The employee owns their own result

Each person sees their own score in full, along with their coaching path and what they have built. It is theirs: a record of capability they can take with them.

No surveillance, no silent monitoring

Maistry does not read your employees' chats with AI tools or watch them work. The score comes from a scan they knowingly take, and from the skills they choose to publish.

GDPR, by construction

Personal data is processed on a documented lawful basis, kept only as long as it serves the purpose, and hosted in the EU. Employees keep their access, rectification and erasure rights, and we act as processor on your instructions.

If you are reviewing Maistry on behalf of employees, ask us for the processing overview and the data protection documentation.
